We started working with B&Q in February 2016. They challenged us to help them move towards a new social publishing model. Content that not only enabled people, but also inspired them too, from big home and garden projects to smaller craftier tasks.

We’ve worked to developed a new tone of voice to help B&Q win at search and social. The content isn’t pushed out on other social platforms, it is created specifically for each platform.
