Modern Slavery Act

This Statement is made on behalf of Gravity Road Ltd (“we”, “our”, ‘‘us”) pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our slavery and human trafficking statement.

The Company is committed to preventing acts of modern slavery and human trafficking from occurring within both its business and supply chain, and seeks to partner with suppliers that uphold the same standards.

The Company embraces a diverse and safe workplace environment in which equal opportunity and fairness are paramount.

Our business

Gravity Road is part of the You&MrJones group. We are a leading creative agency working with some of the world’s most iconic brands. We exist to create things that people want to spend time with – ideas that audiences will love and be entertained by. We always strive to work to the highest professional standards and comply with all laws, regulations and rules relevant to our business.

Policies and Procedures

As part of our strategy to identify and mitigate risk in our supply chain (including in relation to that of human trafficking and slavery) we operate a range of policies and procedures within Gravity Road.

These include the policies and procedures in relation to whistleblowing, anti-money laundering and anti-bribery as laid out in our staff handbook. We assess any instances of non-compliance on a case-by-case basis and then tailor remedial action appropriately.

Our supply chain

Our intention to fight against modern slavery and human trafficking is strengthened by our desire to work only with people and companies that support our mission and share our values.

Our key suppliers are WeWork, media owners, research companies, technology service providers and software service providers. Modern forms of slavery and human trafficking are not prevalent in the industries in which these suppliers operate. However, we expect the same high standards as those to which we hold ourselves from those businesses with which we work.

Whilst we believe the nature of our work, our supply chains and their industries to be low risk in terms of modern slavery and human trafficking, we make sure that companies we work with comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We are not aware of any slavery or human trafficking being present in any part of our supply chain.
