Project Overview

TikTok was routinely overlooked by media buyers for performance-led briefs, dismissed as a brand-awareness platform rather than a serious commercial channel. Our challenge wasn’t consumer scepticism, but industry inertia — a professional audience desensitised to conventional B2B messaging. The solution was self-evident: practice what we preach.

Using TikTok’s native energy, the campaign subverted one of B2B marketing’s most familiar formats: the mundane LinkedIn talking-head case study. ‘TikTok Talking Heads’ turned the trope on its head, introducing a playful, literal, character-led spokesperson delivering cold, undeniable performance statistics.

The campaign lived across both LinkedIn and TikTok, combining the credibility of performance metrics with the creativity of the platform itself. By using TikTok in the way it works best — character-driven, direct and culturally fluent — the work reframed the platform from a perceived play space into a demonstrably productive performance channel.
