What we did
Getting the jargon-filled hard sell with our mobile contracts – we’ve all been there. There’s a lot of ridiculous and confusing nonsense in the telco category with bewilderingly complex contracts and deals.
But there is a simpler and better way. SMARTY’s simplified and transparent, no nonsense approach, gives choice and flexibility to customers tired of baffling sales spiels.
We worked with award-winning animator, designer and illustrator, Pencil Bandit, to create special characters for the brand. The end-to-end campaign was live across website, BVOD, social, pre-roll and radio.
